We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. When shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package ships out from our overseas facility. From there, please allow 1-2 weeks before you receive your order. (Delivery Time Varies Depending On Location)

NOTE: These are estimated delivery times. Mobi Desk does not guarantee delivery dates. We will, however, always try our best to get you your orders in a timely manner.

Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.

We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier directly and address the issue with them. Mobi Desk does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to customs clear your package, which may delay and push back the estimated delivery time. Note, we have no control over any customs delays and any restrictions issued by your local government.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
